Dr Alan Fayter
Alan Fayter has a diverse background and spent many years travelling the world gaining valuable real life experiences that enable him to connect with and understand people on many levels. Alan’s passion for helping others achieve the best has lead him towards training and coaching in various areas.
With a doctorate in clinical hypnosis, he is a certified Meta-Coach and a Fellow Member Trainer with the International Association of NLP, one of only a handful in all of Australasia. Alan now specialises in running the Neuro-Semantic Self-Actualisation training and speaks at conferences and training workshops worldwide.

In 2015 Alan published his first book ‘How To Chill Out’, a book on communication and stress management based on the coaching and training he developed for helping individuals and companies recover after the devastating earthquakes that hit his hometown of Christchurch New Zealand throughout 2010-2011.
Malcolm Hollis, Partner PwC FBANZ Treasurer
Malcolm is the South Island Restructuring Partner of PwC. Based in Christchurch, and with over 20 years business, financial and advisory experience in New Zealand and the UK, Malcolm is heavily involved in advising business owners, managers and their professionals such as bankers and lawyers on business restructuring matters, strategy and planning, performance improvement and where necessary, insolvency processes.

Malcolm frequently acts as a receiver or manager of businesses, or liquidator, of businesses across a range of industries and sectors. The more notable including Provincial Finance Limited (2006), Sol Square bars (2009), acted as one of the joint receivers of Pike River Coal Mine and managed the South Island affairs of the Mainzeal receivership.
“In my spare time, I am kept busy by my wife and 4 kids. This includes watching (and, being an accountant, being made to score!) cricket in summer, refereeing kids football games (and playing a bit of Master football) and skiing in winter. I am also an occasional bad golfer, Chair of the Elmwood Normal School Board of Trustees and a Trustee of ‘The Opera Club’, a group that brings innovative local opera to the people of Christchurch.” Malcolm is the Treasurer of the FBC Board of Trustees.
Sara Jamieson, Partner,
Tavendale + Partners
Sara specialises in civil and commercial litigation, relationship property and employment matters.
She is an experienced courtroom advocate, having been a Crown Prosecutor, conducting jury trials, regulatory prosecutions and appearing in the High Court and Court of Appeal.

However, she also understands that not all disputes have to be resolved in court and will work alongside clients to solve problems in the best way for them or their business.
​
She also acted as Senior Legal Adviser to the Canterbury Earthquakes Royal Commission.
David Harvey MNZM
After 40 years employed with the NZ Police David retired at the rank of Detective Senior Sergeant having held that position for 14 years, managing serious crime investigations and internal police investigations. The last five years were centered principally in the auditing and managing of the Child Protection, and Adult Sexual Abuse Units.
David was educated through Otago University and Massey University.
Having a nationally recognised strong empathy and victim focus, following the March 15 tragedy in Christchurch David was tapped by the NZ Police to be a Family Liaison Officer dealing with the after affects on those impacted.
David has been an active volunteer at FBC since 2017.
Anne Galloway
Anne served two recent terms as a Councillor on the Christchurch City Council chairing Te Pae PÄ«kari (Youth Advisory Committee) and Tahua Taupua (Mayor's Welfare Council). “My decision to get involved in local body politics was motivated by a belief in the importance of leaving a positive legacy. I want my children and grandchildren to live in a community that is socially and environmentally healthy, in which residents feel a sense of connection and belonging.”
In her spare time, Anne “loves spending time with my family (especially my grandchildren) and friends, being active (run a few half-marathons), reading, movie watching, and travelling.”
